By downloading, installing, or using the YourOrgTree application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use YourOrgTree for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.
3. User Data and Privacy
Your organizational data is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership over any data you create or import into YourOrgTree. For more details on how we handle information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Purchases and Payments
YourOrgTree may offer an in-app purchase for a Lifetime Plan via our payment gateway, Dodo Payments. All payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, and we do not store your payment information. The Lifetime Plan grants you access to premium features as specified within the application. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Dodo Payments.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of YourOrgTree. You also agree not to use the application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
YourOrgTree is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
